These Terms of Service apply to EZPOS and related services. By registering, signing in, or using the service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
1. Service Description
EZPOS provides business management features such as products, inventory, suppliers, orders, store profiles, data synchronization, and version updates. The available features are subject to the app as actually provided.
We may adjust the service based on business development, legal requirements, or product plans, and will notify you through the app, website, or other reasonable methods when necessary.
2. Accounts and Permissions
You must create and maintain your account with true, accurate, and complete information, and keep your account, password, and devices secure. Actions performed through your account are deemed to be actions within the scope of your authorization.
If you use the service on behalf of a merchant or organization, you must ensure that you have the required authorization and comply with that merchant or organization's internal permission and data management requirements.
3. User Conduct
You must not use the service for illegal activities, infringement of others' rights, system attacks, permission bypassing, malicious content uploads, or actions that interfere with normal service operation.
You are responsible for the business data that you enter, upload, synchronize, and manage, and must ensure that the data is lawfully obtained, accurate, and used in compliance with applicable requirements.
4. Changes, Suspension, and Termination
To maintain system security and service stability, we may perform upgrades, maintenance, migrations, or issue fixes. We will try to minimize the impact and provide advance notice when necessary.
If you violate these terms or applicable laws, we may restrict, suspend, or terminate part or all of the service provided to you, and reserve the right to pursue legal remedies.
5. Intellectual Property
The intellectual property rights in EZPOS software, interfaces, trademarks, documentation, technical solutions, and service content belong to us or the lawful rights holders. Without authorization, you may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, distribute, or use them for purposes outside the service.
Business data that you submit through the service remains owned by you or the relevant rights holder. To provide the service, you authorize us to store, process, and display such data within the necessary scope.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable beyond the legally required scope for losses caused by force majeure, third-party service failures, network issues, device failures, improper user operation, or failure to update the app as required.
We will continue improving service stability and security, but we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fully meet every specific business requirement.
7. Updates and Governing Law
We may update these terms based on product, business, or legal changes. Updated terms will be displayed through the app or website. Your continued use of the service indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
The formation, performance, interpretation, and dispute resolution of these terms are governed by the laws and regulations of the service provider's location.
