This Privacy Policy applies to EZPOS and related services. We process personal information lawfully, fairly, and only as necessary to provide and improve the service.
1. Information We Collect and Use
When you sign in or manage products, inventory, orders, suppliers, stores, or other business records, we may collect account identifiers, contact details, device information, operation logs, and the business data you submit. We use this information for authentication, business processing, data synchronization, customer support, and security protection.
To support features such as barcode scanning, photo upload, notifications, file import, and file export, the app may request system permissions such as camera, photo library, notification, or file access when you use the relevant feature. You can manage these permissions in your system settings. Disabling a permission may affect the related feature.
2. Device and Log Information
To keep the service stable, troubleshoot issues, and provide version updates, we may collect device model, operating system version, app version, installation channel, network status, device identifiers, crash logs, and access logs.
This information is mainly used for security audits, diagnostics, staged releases, forced-update decisions, and service quality improvements. We do not use it for purposes unrelated to the service.
3. Storage and Protection
We retain your information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer retention period is required by law. After that period, we will delete or anonymize the information as required.
We use access control, transmission encryption, log auditing, and permission isolation to protect information security. However, no internet service can be completely secure. If a security incident occurs, we will notify affected users as required by applicable laws and provide appropriate guidance.
4. Sharing, Transfer, and Disclosure
We do not sell your personal information to unrelated third parties. We share only necessary information when we have your authorization, when it is required to perform a contract, comply with laws, protect users or public safety, or enable trusted service providers to process information on our behalf.
If a merger, division, acquisition, asset transfer, or similar transaction occurs, we will require the new holder of the information to continue to comply with this policy or obtain your consent again.
5. Your Rights
You may access, correct, delete, withdraw consent, or request account deletion through in-app account settings, system permission settings, or by contacting us. We will process your request within a reasonable period.
If you withdraw authorization or delete information required for a feature, that feature may no longer be available. This does not affect information processing that occurred before the withdrawal.
6. Children and Minors
EZPOS is intended for business owners and authorized staff. Minors should use the service only with the consent and guidance of a parent or legal guardian.
